In this situation you will need to transfer your items over to a new user file. That can cause information to not save properly/change as the database is having issues. It actually sounds like you have a corrupt user file. Also, some of the files in my waiting to upload list have had some of the parts changed and dispalying as strange characters and symbols? I can edit the item and delete the sections that have changed and re-save it, but then other files change and do the same why is this happening? Is there any way to fix this bug so that I can upload my items?
When I click upload it starts calculating and then crashes. I have tried compacting the database but it still does it.

If you call, (Phone number generated by going here ) let L1 person know you’re getting the RAPTOR error when trying to authenticate TL for a first time use and that L2 support has informed us that the L2 person must manually “approve” your IP address of where you’re running TL to your account to allow communication and pass the security step… this only needs to be done once… I was told the eBay dev team is working on the issue and in the meantime there is a workaround but this workaround can only be performed by an L2 technician. The authentication process recognizes you are on an unknown computer (first time use) and the software is trying to register your IP address with eBay as a security step, and the. The problem is when a NEW user logs on for the first time there is an Authentication process that needs to accrue) However, after entering our correct credentials we’re all getting a Script Error in the java script trying to authenticate us. The L2 person QUICKLY said, yep, I know exactly what’s happening and within 10 seconds asked me to try again and walla, all fixed… Knowing that posting the “I’m having the same problem” only to have the tech ask me for a ton of details also… I called eBay directly.
I’ve had the same problem (it appears so many are having the same problem) It seems the eBay techs responding to this thread keep asking folks for their screens rather assuming the problem is on their end.
